  • Complementary:
  • 250 gr beef slices (I skipped it. So just use the boiled one)
  • 250 grams of rice noodles (dry) boiled according to package instructions
  • Coriander leaves
  • Leek
  • Basil
  • Mint leaves
  • Long bean sprouts
  • Lime
  • Sliced ​​chili / chili according to taste

How to make:

  1. Boil beef and beef bones briefly 2-3 minutes to boil, drain, rinse (to remove dirt).
  2. Re-boil the meat, bones and spices with 5 L of water. Simmer over low heat until the meat is tender. Water can be added (if reduced a lot) according to taste.
  3. Cut the meat. Strain the broth.
  4. Add seasoning to the broth and correct the taste. Arrange boiled kwetiau, meat and accompaniments in a bowl. Pour in hot/boiling sauce. Serve warm.
