How to Make Vietnamese style Lumpia

Ingredients A:

Ingredients B:
  • 50 ml of boiled water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon water
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 3 bird's eye chilies, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp fried peanuts

How to make:
  1. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Stir well.
  2. In a different bowl, mix all the filling ingredients. Stir well.
  3. Prepare a sheet of rice paper, soak briefly in warm water. Put it on a plate. Add 1 tablespoon of the filling, fold and roll it like a spring roll.
  4. Do it until all the ingredients run out.
  5. Serve the spring rolls with the sauce.
