How to Make Vietnamese style Lumpia
This food is traditional food from Vietnam, Vietnamese food and make it yourself at home?
Ingredients A:
- 100 grams of peeled shrimp, boiled
- 150 grams of soun corn, brewed with hot water then drain
- 1 piece of lettuce head, sliced
- 1 carrot, coarsely grated
- 1 Japanese cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon water
Ingredients B:
- 50 ml of boiled water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon water
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 3 bird's eye chilies, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp fried peanuts
How to make:
- In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Stir well.
- In a different bowl, mix all the filling ingredients. Stir well.
- Prepare a sheet of rice paper, soak briefly in warm water. Put it on a plate. Add 1 tablespoon of the filling, fold and roll it like a spring roll.
- Do it until all the ingredients run out.
- Serve the spring rolls with the sauce.
